Sioux Rivers is comprised of six counties to include Plymouth, Sioux, Lyon, O’Brien, Dickinson, and Emmet. The qualified individual will be based out of the Dickinson or Sioux County office location.
The Data and Quality Assurance Coordinator is mainly responsible for data collection, analysis and presentation of clear and precise data analytics related to Sioux Rivers contracted services as well as the implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures. This position will also require oversite of provider and community-based mental health and disability service training opportunities. This is a new position for Sioux Rivers and job responsibilities may evolve and change as the position develops.
The qualified candidate will have a desire and passion to utilize data analytics to generate positive outcomes for individuals in need of mental health and disability services. This candidate will have the ability to work both independently and within a team environment. The right candidate will also be able to demonstrate interpersonal relationships skills and be comfortable working with not only individuals and families but contracted providers to fulfill funding and program development duties.
Job qualifications include a bachelor’s or higher-level degree in a human services-related or administrative-related field, including but not limited to social work, psychology, nursing, public or business administration, computer science, statistics, or informational systems from an accredited college or university. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the provision of services in a human services-related field and/or data or statistical analysis. A valid driver’s license is required for the position as travel will be expected.
