Upper Des Moines Opportunity, Inc. (UDMO) is one of 18 Community Action Agencies in the State of Iowa and has been serving our communities since 1965.
UDMO's WIC program provides monthly financial allotments to women and children whose incomes are at or below 185% of the federal poverty guidelines.
